Want a doodle art?
My doodles are flat art commissions that have a carefree, sketch like visual. Prices start at $15 for headshots, $25 for halfbody and $35 for full body. Backgrounds and multiple characters will add on the base price, so please keep that in mind. TAT is 1 day to 1 week if your request is really really complex.

By commissioning me, you agree to the following
i. general disclaimers
1. The person buying the service will be called the "client"; the person creating the art and providing the service will be called the "artist"; the provided service and it's byproduct will be called a "commission".
2. The artist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time, refunding the client if necessary (see "Cancellation and Refunds"). Any breach of the ToS can be used as argument by the client for cancellation and refund.
3. The client should provide all relevant materials and requirements when submitting their request form (see "Client Obligations").
4. The artist and the client should first settle on an accurate explanation and interpretation of the expected finished product before starting the commission.
5. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and the commission will be cancelled if it occurs. Any payment made until this point will not be refunded.
6. The terms outlined may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.

II. PAYMENT & FEES
1. The payment currency is in USD.
2. Payment is due 50% down payment and 50% upon completion.
3. Do not send payments unless the artist agrees to accept the commission and sends the client an invoice.
4. Invoices will be sent through Paypal or, if Paypal is unavailable, an invoice.
5. A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.
6. Additional fees will be charged for any and each excessive or major revisions (see “Revisions”) and the commission will be halted until the payment is done.
7. The exact prices for the fees described above will be dependent upon the complexity of the commission.

III. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
1. The client should:
a. Carefully read through the ToS and Commission Information.
b. Make the payments as expected.
c. Do not request illegal, hateful art OR use the commission for illegal purposes or to promote hate in any way shape or form.
d. Provide multiple clear reference images of the character/subject and character reference sheets when available.
f. Maintain professional conduct throughout the commission process.
g. Respond in a timely fashion.
h. Assume responsibility for any important information and clear descriptions/references you fail to provide me that results in my inability to complete your commission to your full satisfaction.
i. Comply with the copyright rules.
2. Mood boards and other sources of general inspiration are welcome.

IV. PROCESS & WORK SCHEDULE
1. Stages of commission are as follow: sketch; approval of the sketch; sketch revision when requested during approval; grayscale; initial colors; overpaint.
2. The resolution of the commission will be agreed upon depending on the type of request, but most of the time I’ll aim to comply with 4K during the process.
3. The artist will:
a. Notify the client of the start of the commission; of the start of each stage; of their expected turn around times.
b. At the sketch stage, send the WIP for approval before continuing to the grayscale.
c. At the sketch stage, accept one complete revision. The commission is halted until approved.
d. At any subsequent stage, send WIPs for approval.
e. Send any sketches, WIPs and in-progress shots as low-res images.
4. Deadlines are agreed upon each step of the art process to accommodate for any unpredictable factors that might happen on the artist's side (sickness, accidents, family matters etc) and for the varying degree of challenge requests may pose. The artist will notify the client of any issues that come up to keep the client informed.
By commissioning me, you agree to the following
V. REVISIONS
1. During the sketch phase:
a. One major revision and up to 3 minor revisions are allowed and covered in the commission price.
b. No major revisions are allowed past this point.
c. Further revision requests will be charged $20 at minimum.
3. During and after the grayscale phase:
a. One minor revision is allowed and covered in the commission price.
b. Further revision requests will be charged $20 at minimum.
5. Revisions due to the artist's negligence are free.
6. Abusing revisions in a way that pushes the artist to fail on agreed deadlines will be considered disrespectful and the commission will be cancelled.
7. It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions.
By commissioning me, you agree to the following
VI. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY
1. The artist retains authorship and the rights:
a. Over any commissioned works to make copies, distribute those copies, perform or display the work publicly, or make works that derive from the original.
b. This includes, especially, to post the work on their social media, to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.
2. Characters portrayed in the commission remain copyrighted to their owners.
3. The final product is strictly for the client's personal use, and any exception should be explicitly stated by the artist in an written email.
4. The client has the permission to:
a. Print the work for personal use; crop and/or resize the image for an avatar, header, thumbnail etc.
b. Use the artwork as reference for a study, if stated as a study when published.
c. Use the artwork to promote themselves as long as the artwork itself is not being sold or is the main subject for the earnings, while crediting the artist properly.
d. Post the artwork on social media, with the artist tagged if possible and clearly credited.
5. The client does NOT have the permission to:
a. Claim the artwork as their own; paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.
b. Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
c. Reproduce the work commercially.
6. If a commercial work, eg. games, apparel, books, needs artwork by the artist, the client should contact the artist and clearly state their intentions.
a. The client is expected to understand that the workflow to create commercial art is special and entails even more communication between artist and client.
By commissioning me, you agree to the following
VII. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
1. Once the sketch is approved, a full refund is not permitted.
2. The client may cancel the commission, but:
a. During the sketch stage, if a full body art was commissioned, that means the upfront half of the payment is well above sketch prices, which means the client will be partially refunded.
b. During the sketch phase, if it was not a full body art, no further invoices and refunds are sent.
c. During the grayscale phase and beyond, the client won’t be refunded the upfront payment and will be charged a second time, regarding the time used by the artist until the point of cancellation.
d. The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.
3. The artist reserves the right to cancel and refund the money for the commission at any time.
6. The client, or whoever connected to the cilent, may not file a chargeback against the artist after the client has given approval of the artwork.

VIII. WHAT YOU RECEIVE
1. Only after the following requirements, not open for discussion:
a. Approval of a low-res version of the art.
b. Confirmation of receiving the additional 50% of the value upon completion.
2. The client will get a link to a cloud service folder containing those files:
a. Full resolution final artwork.
b. Variations
c. Sketches
d. Separated renders of the art
3. Except for the final artwork, which is the main byproduct of the process, the artist reserves the right to not send the additional files listed above and not listed for any reason, including especially the nonexistence of those by the time.
