Requesting a commission confirms that you have read and agreed to these terms. ⚠ All prices are in USD. Payment is split 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
Do not send payment unless your commission has been accepted and an invoice has been issued. Payments are invoiced via PayPal or an alternative if needed. └─ Rush deadlines, high complexity, major changes, or excessive revisions may result in additional fees. You are responsible for providing clear references and descriptions when submitting your request. Mood boards and general inspiration are welcome. Any issues caused by missing or unclear information are the client’s responsibility. └─ Professional communication and timely replies are expected. The workflow includes sketch, approval, and final rendering. One major and up to three minor revisions are included during the sketch stage. After sketch approval, no major revisions are allowed. └─ Additional revisions may incur extra fees.└─ Revision scope is determined at my discretion.└─ Revisions due to my mistakes are always free. Deadlines are discussed per stage and may shift due to unforeseen circumstances. I will always communicate if delays occur. ⚠ Once the sketch is approved, full refunds are not available.
Refunds depend on the commission stage. Any chargeback after approval is considered a breach of these terms and may result in loss of usage rights. I retain full copyright and authorship of the artwork. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. └─ I may post the artwork on my portfolio or social media. You may post the artwork online or print it for personal use with proper credit. You may not claim, resell, edit, or use the artwork commercially, for NFTs, AI training, cryptocurrency, or related technologies. └─ Commercial use requires prior written agreement. NSFW requests are subject to approval and may be declined. Final files are delivered digitally after approval of a low-resolution preview and receipt of final payment. └─ Only the final artwork is guaranteed.
